There is nothing we love more than welcoming clients to our sanctuary. In the spirit of mutual respect, we request punctuality for all treatments. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for consultation, documentation and to enjoy the spa facilities. Cancellations and amendments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. No changes are permitted within 24 hours of the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to arrive result in the full treatment fee being forfeited. Late arrival may shorten the treatment duration so subsequent guests are not delayed. Treatments still end at the original finish time and the full fee remains payable. Arriving too late for the treatment to proceed is treated as a late cancellation and the full fee applies. Where a refund is due, a 10% administration fee is deducted. Changing to a lower-value treatment on the day results in a spa voucher for the difference rather than a cash refund. No cash.
