Before arrival:
• Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
• Do not bring a bag along – only the clothes you have on and your preferred
method of payment.
• Stay at home if you feel sick and rather reschedule your appointment once
you are feeling better.

Upon arrival:
• Kindly arrive alone – only one person will be granted access to the clinic (this
is not negotiable).
• Please wear a material face mask at all times.
• Your temperature will be taken before you enter the clinic.
• Sterilise your hands upon arrival.
• Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve when you cough or
sneeze (do not cough or sneeze into your hand).
• Put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterwards.
• Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
