My name is Jessica Bauer and I live in East London in the Eastern Cape. I first discovered massage as a client myself. However, I discovered the true power of Massage Therapy when I went on to study with Balancingtouch in Centurion. It was there that I discovered that Massage can truly change people's lives and really help people to achieve their best if implemented as part of a treatment plan. I was so inspired by their passion to help people and dedication to ensure their students are equipped with the knowledge behind the methods that eventually Balancing Life was born and my own vision to help people who are prevented from doing what they love to do due to limited movement or suffer from muscular pain, was born.

Each client has a journey that they are on and each one has a goal that they hope to achieve. We can work together to achieve this by incorporating Massage as part of a wellness program moving towards improvement in lifestyle and in health.
